Return Policy

Domestic Return Policy

We offer returns on all orders placed within the United States, and we will provide you with a return shipping label.  The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery/receiving your order to create the exchange, store credit, or receive a full refund minus the $5 return shipping fee.  A return initiated after 14 days from the date received will only be eligible for store credit or exchange.  We do not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date.  Return shipping label will be active for 14 days after return is initiated before it expires.  Returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom or Final Sale Items, as well as International orders.    

To begin your return, please email info@azureswimwear.com and include order number located on invoice from package.  If you have multiple returns from multiple orders, please include all order numbers in email.  

Products that have been altered, worn, washed, stained, or any odor or evidence of wear will not be accept3ed.  All items that are returns must still have tags and sanitary sticker still in place, and be in new and unused condition.  Please keep underwear on when first trying on your purchase, as we reserve right to refuse return on products that show any wear.  

Returns will arrive to our South Carolina PO Box and shipping times can vary.  We ask that you allow 6-8 business days for refunds to be processed once your package has arrived to our facility, and allow 1-3 business days for the refund to show up on your card statement.  

If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@azureswimwear.com immediately upon receiving your item, and include photos and/or videos of damaged item(s).  After item has been evaluated, we will inform you of replacement process.   

EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently offer exchanges for sizes only.  Feel free to initiate an exchange through our Return Portal.  Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrive to our facility and shipping.  An updated tracking link will automatically be sent to your email and/or phone number on file associated with the original order.  

FINAL SALE & CUSTOM

All custom items and "Final Sale" are considered final sale and are not subject to our return policy. Sale items are not eligible for an exchange, return, or price adjustment.  If you need assistance with sizing or fit before purchasing, we are here to help!  Please contact us at info@azureswimwear.com.

Azure Swimwear reserves the right to make changes to the final sale at any time. We do not offer price adjustments on Final Sale items.
